This Policy describes what cookies are, which ones Hlopinmx uses and how you can manage them. We comply with the Mexican LFPDPPP and with Google Consent Mode v2 for granular consent of third-party services.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser to store information about your visit: preferences, active session, language, browsing activity and aggregated usage statistics.
2. Types of cookies we use
Essential: needed for site functioning (language, security, forms). Analytical: Google Analytics 4 to measure anonymous traffic. Marketing: Google Ads and Meta to personalize messages. Preferences: to remember your language and consent selections.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with the ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization signals. By default all are set to 'denied' until you grant explicit consent in the cookie banner.
4. How to manage your cookies
You can accept or reject them from our banner on entry, or delete them at any time from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Rejecting analytical or marketing cookies does not affect the use of the platform.
5. Third-party cookies
We load Google services (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts) and Meta Pixel only if you grant explicit consent. Check the privacy policies of each provider: policies.google.com and facebook.com/privacy/policy.
