These terms and conditions (the "Terms") regulate the access and use of the website hlopinmx.com operated by Hlopinmx Fintech Solutions, S.A.P.I. de C.V. By using the site, you expressly accept these Terms.

Hlopinmx.com is an informational and educational website about real estate crowdlending in Mexico. Subscribing to the newsletter does not constitute an investment recommendation, a public offering of securities or personalized financial advice.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them.
