Hlopinmx Fintech Solutions, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter "Hlopinmx"), with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 12, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc borough, 06600 Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its provisions in force in 2026.

1. Personal data we collect

We collect full name, email, phone number, tax ID (RFC), CURP, proof of address, official ID and banking information for identification purposes, anti-money-laundering compliance and platform operations.

2. Processing purposes

Primary purposes: identification, KYC verification, account opening, execution of operations, CNBV and CONDUSEF regulatory compliance. Secondary purposes: sending newsletters, promotions, satisfaction surveys and market studies, which you may reject without affecting the contracted service.

3. Data transfers

We may transfer your data to competent authorities (CNBV, UIF, SAT, CONDUSEF), credit bureaus, collateral trusts, technology providers and external auditors, always subject to a contractual confidentiality obligation and within the assumptions of article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

4. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to privacidad@hlopinmx.com with a copy of your official ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

5. Use of cookies and technologies

6. Changes to this notice
